Common questions
Is my property under Dubai Municipality or a free zone authority?
It depends on the plot. Areas such as TECOM clusters fall under DDA and some areas fall under Trakhees. The affection plan tells us which applies.
Do villa modifications need approval?
Most structural changes, extensions, pools and significant electrical changes need a permit. We help you check before work starts.
Do you act as the consultant of record?
Where a licensed consultant of record is required, we work alongside one and handle the electrical and MEP input.
